This notice updates instructions previously issued in FSIS Notice , Poultry Disposition Reporting. The notice announced updates to the poultry animal disposition reporting （ADR） function in the Public Health Information System （PHIS）。 The changes are on t立花橘he Poultry Class Information page and the Poultry Condemnation Certificate, FSIS Form .

导管不破坏 The PHIS updates included adding Dead on Arrival （Weight） （DOA） and Ante-mortem condemned not including DOAs （Weight） fields in the Poultry Reporting function.
